We need someone with strong experience of managing and maintaining digital platforms and their content. The ability to deliver on time and to a high standard will be second nature. This role will be put audience needs first, ensure our platforms and products meet user and business needs, work highly collaboratively uphold digital best practice and support the other members of the digital team.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site walks across our 3 charity websites to ensure we’re continuously updating and improving. 
  • Build and update landing pages and website content to support organisational objectives and user needs. 
  • Ensure the consistent application of user experience best practice, adhering to our design system and brand guidelines. 
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and horizon scanning and report6 back to the Digital team on your findings and recommendations.  
  • Work closely with our strategic agency partners and internal stakeholders, acting as a champion for web best practice. 
  • Ensure our websites meet accessibility standards 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Experience updating and maintaining website content. 
  • Experience in applying UX best practice and implementing digital accessibility. 
  • Experience in conversion rate optimisation and test and learn activity. 
  • Experience in using data to make informed decisions, ideally with experience of using Google Analytics.  
  • Experience in using content management systems (ideally WordPress) and events and donation platforms. 

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge

  • Motivated by results and be comfortable in a data driven environment. 
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders of all levels of the organisation and building relationships with external agencies. 
  • Familiarity with digital tools and collaboration platforms such as Sitebulb, AHREFs, etc 
  • Good editorial and copy writing skills with a knowledge of plain English communications and strong attention to detail.
