Sarah provides HR support and advice across the Foundation, with a particular focus on people development and diversity.
Sarah joined us as Human Resources (HR) Consultant in January 2019. She provides HR support and advice with a particular focus on people development and diversity.
During her career, Sarah has worked with individuals at all levels in areas of self, team and leadership development. She has over twenty years’ experience in this both as a line manager and as an internal and external consultant.
Sarah’s focus as a coach and facilitator is to develop confidence, capability and performance. Sarah has worked with a wide range of organisations all over the world – from oil and gas to social housing; from financial services to residential care services; from global distribution to food manufacturing.
Sarah is qualified to use a range of psychometrics: Hogan Leadership Assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FACET5, Strength Deployment Inventory, Thinking Styles and 360 feedback. She is also a Fellow of the CIPD.
