Caesar Gordon

Caesar joined us in January 2021. She leads on preparatory work for our children’s mental health programme, as well as our research and development function; focusing on providing flexible funding and support to diverse-led organisations.

She has a wide-ranging background that includes coaching, service design, community building, enterprise support, grant making and fundraising. Caesar is passionate about helping shift who gets to be at the forefront of change. She is also a Trustee of Caritas Anchor House, a key anchor organisation in Newham.
