Cynthia Duodu

As Chief People Officer, Cynthia and her team are accountable for driving our People Strategy, establishing the vision and leading on all people operations and programmes. Cynthia has over 20 years senior leadership experience and brings a wealth of strategic and commercial expertise gained within the private and public sectors. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in supporting organisations to improve its employee culture and engagement to achieve its strategic growth plans and potential. 

Prior to the Foundation, Cynthia was Director of People and Organisation Development at the Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) and the Electricity Settlements Company (ESC). Her background across Energy, Health, Impact Investment and Telecommunications sectors has given her extensive experience within the People and Organisation Development field, including governance, risk and financial management. She sits on the Board of Roffey Park Institute which provides business education around the world for individuals, teams and organisations. 

Cynthia holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Marketing Management, she is a qualified Organisational Development (OD) practitioner, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered FCIPD), a Freeman of the Company of HR Professionals and a member of the People Director Partnership.
