Jess Beale

Jess joined the Foundation in August 2024, after a couple of years in Macmillan Cancer Support’s legal team, and previously in a charity specialist law firm.

Jess is committed to the Foundation’s aims of tackling health inequity and looking at improving unfair systems and social structures.

Outside of work, Jess is often found spending time with her two dogs – Sapa and Peter; running in the forest; and reading.  Jess works a compressed week (Tuesday – Friday) which supports her mental health and allows her to learn about different areas of interest (typically mental health related).
