Jess Saint

Jess joined us in August 2021 on a secondment from Savills. She helps manage our property development sites to enable charitable spending to support our mission of improving health and wellbeing in the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark. Her focus in on implementing the property team’s ESG strategy, managing the commercial and agricultural portfolios and progressing the Foundation’s developments including the London Bridge, Maple Cross and Cambridge sites.

Prior to joining the Foundation, Jess worked within the Development team at Savills, specialising in valuation, consultancy and agency across the south east. Jess is a chartered surveyor with an RICS qualification. She has an MSc in Planning & Development and a BA (Hons) in Geography.
