Ryan works in the Endowment team primarily focusing on the existing property portfolio.

Ryan joined the Foundation in March 2025 from Wellcome Trust. His main focus is the safety and compliance of the existing residential portfolio, ensuring that the property portfolio meets the Foundation’s dual mandate commitment.

Ryan graduated with a Law degree from the University of Leicester in 2011 and has been working across the property sector ever since. With experience in construction, consultancy, and legal compliance, Ryan brings a wealth of experience to an already thriving team.
