Tom joined the Foundation from The Arch Company where he spent 4 years working in their development team. Tom has extensive experience in full life-cycle development management and his focus at the Foundation is on progressing the Royal Street development and overseeing the commercial property portfolio.

Tom is a chartered surveyor with an RICS qualification. He has an MSc in Real Estate and a BA (Hons) in History.
