Aurora Barrett

Aurora joined us in November 2023 having been on a secondment from Savills since May 2023. Aurora manages our property developments and real estate assets with the endowment’s property team. The property portfolio is an asset of the Endowment that enables our charities’ independent spending and shares the endowment’s dual objectives of achieving financial returns and health impact to invest in a healthier society in Lambeth and Southwark.

Her focus is managing our commercial and agricultural portfolios, implementing our ESG strategy, and progressing the Foundation’s development at Snowsfields Quarter and Maple Cross.

Aurora qualified as a MRICS Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in October 2022, having gained a RICS-accredited degree: a Bachelor’s with Honours in Investment and Finance in Property from the University of Reading, Henley Business School.
