Lilian joined Impact on Urban Health in February 2021, and is the Portfolio Manager for the Place and Participation strand.

Prior to this, Lilian worked at The Challenge Network NCS and The National Lottery Community Fund, as well as independently with emerging organisations. Her most recent work focused on programme and project management consultancy, where she supported the bid for the 4th National Lottery license.
