Moray McConnachie

Moray has been our Executive Director of Operations since January 2021. He is the executive lead for the Foundation’s operations, comprising finance, systems, grants processing, governance/legal and admin/facilities functions. He is also executive lead on climate. He supports our Chief Executive in embedding close working and business performance across the organisation, and contributes to the Foundation’s vision, strategy and culture.

He started his career in IT before moving to operations management where he is passionate in bringing people, processes and systems together to deliver measurable results. Before joining us, he was part of the leadership team at global consultancy firm Oxford Analytica where he advised organisations in all sectors including UN agencies, the World Bank and major international corporations.

Moray is Treasurer and a Trustee at the Association of Charitable Foundations.
