Olga Tucholska

Olga joined us in August 2021 and oversees grant and contract management activities to ensure the smooth running of grant processes. She supports both our Programmes and Trust Engagement teams with the post-award process, particularly on monitoring grant requirements.

Olga’s professional background has been in the third sector in the past few years, working for charities and doing various voluntary works in the UK and Indonesia. She joined us from Leeds Community Foundation and has also worked for Independent Age.  Prior to this, she worked in the government sector before then joining an intergovernmental organisation for Southeast Asia region. Her previous roles have been primarily in system and customer experience improvement.
