Penelope Hines

Penelope manages our fine art and heritage collection, one of the largest owned by a health charity in the UK.

Prior to joining us in 2020, Penelope was a Curator for the National Trust, with a focus on research, collections management and engagement. She also held curatorial roles at the Victoria and Albert Museum and Amgueddfa Cymru (National Museum Wales).

Penelope holds a MSc Museum Studies from the University of Glasgow and a BA History of Art from the University of York. She has spoken publicly, published research and curated displays on decorative arts and design from the 18th to 21st century.
