We are looking for a new Chief Executive Officer to lead the next phase of the Foundation’s development, after a period of rapid growth and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our work and significantly deepen the impact we can have as a Foundation.

About the role

As Chief Executive Officer, this person will lead our Executive Team and work closely with our Board, ensuring continued growth of impact and the delivery of our current and future strategic plans. They will provide strong leadership and guidance across the Foundation, nurturing a high performing executive and wider leadership team while ensuring an inclusive organisational culture that enables everyone to thrive in an environment that exudes our core values: enterprising, collaborative, delivery-minded and inclusive.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of successful leadership in relevant, complex, multi-faceted organisations with demonstrable clear experience of developing and delivering ambitious strategies and plans. They will have strong team management and inclusive leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams. They will have strong relationship building skills, with the communication and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at every level. They will be mission and impact-driven and strongly aligned to our values.
